I am convinced that to advance humanity, we need less hierarchy and more authentic human connection. In short: I am on a quest to make the world a flatter place.
Currently, I work as Senior Operations Manager at Working Capital Fund, the only early-stage VC Fund known to me that solely focuses on ethical supply chains and improving the conditions of marginalized workers around the world. Prior to this, I worked at the World Bank Group, the largest, global development institution focused on eradicating poverty around the world. I have degrees from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs in New York, and the Hertie School in Berlin.
